Great product and customers like it. Leadership in EMEA is honestly subpar (either no real sales professionals or bad performance and yet they got promoted to management. These are the two types of sales managers who want to teach sales people how to do their job!!)

My overall experience was pretty solid at Smartsheet. My team was great but higher level leadership kept saying one thing than doing another. People who made presidents club were looked down upon for having a bad quarter. Lots of competitors that Smartsheet has to deal with and they are certainly not a cheap product.

Was great. Getting tougher. Call a spade a spade… culture shift in new business with leadership. Some Managers have no business being managers and leadership is wildly disconnected or just don’t care (fighting to survive the storm coming) PE.
