Place is going down fast. No one is selling anything anymore aside from self service and strat. MM and Majors teams hit the hardest. Out competitors are also starting to beat us out of a lot of deals

Was a 10/10 until covid - Hitting your number was previously based on 70% effort and 30% luck. Had a lot of extras outside of the compensation.

Strong leadership and great product. Lead flow has slowed due to economic environment. Wish compensation would be greater but this is a stable company overall with great financials
