No training or professional development to speak of. Very little enablement

The company is making moves to make its product market fit more appealing. It's a good company overall, but there is still a struggle to find enough enterprise grade opportunities for most reps. You need to be self sustaining to work here. Don't expect much hand holding. On the other end of that spectrum, perform and you are given latitude.
