Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Mediocre and stable. Like many vendors quota attainment has been poor and spotty throughout. in my team/role no more than 15/20% of people made the number. however because of the transactional nature of the business people will still sell something.
Product has a decent roadmap. We try and play in many spaces and tweak our GTM every 12 months. Not an org that is great at outbound because of this and the PLG history. ICP is very broad, you're hunting use cases.
Lots of Senior Leadership transition. Middle managers are mediocre, but it may not be their fault. Not a lot of useful coaching or value being added. Lots of pressure to forecast, do pipeline reviews and tick some boxes. No Sales Enablement to be seen (many got laid off).
There are some good ones, but there is a mix of very mediocre people that got promoted internally and external hires that don't understand the business model.
not a lot of layoffs, but PIPs have increased. you get RSUs in many roles. but the stock price isn't going anywhere.
Can still be decent depending on the territory you get. They'll of course take it from you the following year Browse Other Reviews
