Smartsheet sales org is going downhill fast. Only top 20% of reps are safe and they keep implementing more ways to get rid of people while making successful people earn less.

Solid company with a great product. As the company has evolved and matured into one chasing profits, product innovation has suffered, hurting product development and in turn making sales more difficult. Management has been great, alas much change is abound.
