Product is fun to sell. You sell to all industries and departments. Sales process can be admin heavy with lots of small deals but certainly bigger deals as well. Org is growing up to an enterprise company so a little more top down management than you'd prefer. Majority aren't seeing much success but you can certainly make it if you put your head down. They're slowly tightening the screws and the comp isn't amazing for what it is. I wouldn't leave here unless I was certain I had a better situation as it's plenty stable, just not amazing.

Was a 10/10 until covid - Hitting your number was previously based on 70% effort and 30% luck. Had a lot of extras outside of the compensation.
