The employees are amazing with a strong support network, however the leadership are incompetent and with the company trying to sell, they only focus on reveneue. VPs rule by fear, there is no customer care and compensation is below average.

If you were a farmer, it was much more difficult to hit quota…it was always mostly hunters getting promoted.

I would recommend for your first sales/ AE role. You will learn a lot and have good market value coming out of Navex Would not recommend going here as a tenured AE. Leadership became incredibly cut throat and hardly anyone attains quota unless they are in the NY or CA markets. It was a great place to start your career but they don’t offer much in the way of career advancement. Base salary is on the low end and you are primarily responsible for your own success.

It is a good company - treats sales pretty well. Pay scale is on lower end of market range. Strong position in industry but not a place to make a truckload of cash. Hard to climb to higher positions and if you do the pay rise is minimal

Great place to work, had amazing training and access to career progression. Constantly promoted from within. Fantastic place to accelerate your career. Drawback was pay, always felt low compared to market average and lack of equity. Worth ignoring if you want to fast track your career though.
