Sales at Rippling depends on the team you end up in. There's a Core team and a Global team. Core team is working well, staying busy with lots of inbound and an SDR team producing new opportunities. 80 cold call per day. Churn and burn mentality. Good base but quota attainment could be better. You must have that “sales bro” mentality. Teammates are great but work culture really lacks that “family” aspect to it.

How are the segments are split up between SMB and MM for AEs? And any additional details comparing the experience between the 2 segments, for example: Is MM thriving and SMB struggling? Is SMB pretty transactional, or still fairly consultative and value-driven? Thanks!
