Current employee. Rippling is an objectively strong product, with extremely impressive growth from a revenue perspective. I work in the account management segment, but it is essentially just an AE on existing business. You have some incentive on an attainment quota, most clients renew. How are the segments are split up between SMB and MM for AEs? And any additional details comparing the experience between the 2 segments, for example: Is MM thriving and SMB struggling? Is SMB pretty transactional, or still fairly consultative and value-driven? Thanks!
