Good product, good potential, salary and benefits average, new AEs get significantly less good prospects than tenured AEs

The team had a great product but was a better fit for those in the UK vs the US. We had challenges in the US with integrations with payroll systems. The sales organization was a little disorganized at the time and everything came from cold calling. You got an inbound lead maybe once a month.
