Doesn't matter how good you are or how good the product is, the company's user-based pricing is a complete outlier in the market. No inbound lead flow and much larger competitors around mean you are constantly scratching while Paris has no idea what it takes to sell the product. You will have to hunt. I think the product and the people that Dataiku are excellent. I think the salary and incentive plans are good. While historical attainment for sales reps has not been great. The company has made intentional changes that I think will result in many more AEs achieving and exceeding their numbers. The company is growing and doing well.
