Great company to develop new skills and grow. If you succeed your annual OTE should be at a good level of earnings. One issue (neither good nor bad) - sales directors compete between each other on potential Clients management if these are global accounts with presence in many countries.

Comarch is a fantastic product company. They have a lot of offerings for the key industries. If you are a passionate self-starter working for Comarch represents a great opportunity as usually the whole market or a significant part of it is unaddressed.
