Great products and great clients. The pressure for selling was pretty high. Teams are not very divers at all.

Great company to develop new skills and grow. If you succeed your annual OTE should be at a good level of earnings. One issue (neither good nor bad) - sales directors compete between each other on potential Clients management if these are global accounts with presence in many countries.
