Horrible. Poor product market fit and meager leadership. Base pay bad and chance of hitting quota and ote near impossible. Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t be lured into drinking the koolade here. Lots of other decent DBA workflow or itsm companies out there.

Organization picks favorites. Leadership is poor at training a new rep to get them to understand how to navigate things internally. Never a clear definition of what your role is and the expectations.
