The work environment is disappointing, with significant issues in leadership and management style. Micromanagement is prevalent, and lead distribution feels biased, with a preference seemingly given to a particular group. If you're not part of this group, it may be challenging to thrive here.

Very niche BI tool. Prospects need to be technical enough to know how to use the software but not too technical to build in house. Saturated market with other bi/analytics products out there that are cheaper and can do similar things.
