Former Employee Organization picks favorites. Leadership is poor at training a new rep to get them to understand how to navigate things internally. Never a clear definition of what your role is and the expectations. I was hired by a new Regional Sales Manager and he was so unclear in his expectations that a 5 year rep was even confused on what was expected of him. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.
