Be very wary of the Large Enterprise segment of Smartsheet, both Key and Strategic. The culture is no where near where it used to be and it comes from the 3rd and 2nd line leadership. Reps are looking to leave. I would certainly be cautious coming here.

Product is leader in space which is fantastic but professional development is very poor. Org has been relying on inbound for the past 3-5 years and recently realized that this will no longer work but haven't made any changes to outbound approaches/push.

Good company to work for. Some growing pains, particularly around processes, but great product fit at the Enterprise end of the Market.
