Professional development outside of the US is non existent and leadership overlooks anything outside of the US even though it performs better. Base salary is average to good for the industry and compensation was good until recently where it has been destroyed. As others have said depends on your business unit. But, looking back it's comical how poorly this org is run. The competition is on 3rd base while they're still in the dugout. It's clear they don't care about specific business units and just hired and fired as part of the plan all along. Pretty unprofessional and couldn't recommend less.

Management is horrific. Zero management experience. They spent more time talking about new hired women and what they look like as well as their own personal lives. This place is crashing hard.

My overall experience as for others did not go well. Went through the company being bought out and changing the whole brand which led to a lot of miscommunication. Product was getting outdated by competitors. Did not pay employees well.

Depending on what business unit you are in, it can either be great or pretty difficult. If you are consistently hitting quarterly quotas, the overdrive potential can be very lucrative.

This is based on the particular business business unit I represented. The company is still very much divided with business units and it depends on which business unit unit represent as to whether you will be a successful. Some are much much better than others.

The company has many pros such as extreme flexibility and a relaxed working style. The pay is well below average and the company does very little to add a culture with team events such as no holiday parties, virtual sales kickoff, and no requirements to come into a physical location.

Overall experience is positive, not much micro-managing. Much of the responsibilities of lead development, partner engagement, and closing deals falls on the reps shoulders. We've been consistently updating and enhancing our product with the hope of marketing catching up to our competitors.

My experience was pretty good. Got the chance to grow up from BDR to AE. Number goes up every year and commission % goes down. They don’t strive to keep you there. They run lean.

It will depend on the business unit you're working with as some are expected to grow over 10% and they get marketing dollars and a decent amount of inbound leads while the older product lines rely more on existing customer expansion and referrals. OK company to get a break into Cyber, IF you are an entry level rep in a low paying market, to get your 1-3 yrs of experience, before moving on. IF you are an experienced rep, RUN AWAY.... Fortra buys DYING companies, & slashes marketing/channel spend. Most reps are at 50% or less of quota.
