Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Salesforce culture and leadership is in a bad place. The culture shift to “performance culture” has created a lot of poor people management. “Just get it done”, “we all are overbooked, just check the box on this and move on”, I don’t think I’ve heard my leadership say “customer success” since 2022ish. It’s sad because there are a lot of talented people here and many people talk openly about how disheartening the attitude and motivation of selling is now. So many of us want to be successful and make good money but just as much we want to HELP our customers. We WANT to hear about their success. Not empathize with them after a year that what they thought they were getting is still not producing results. And instead of helping them fix it to sell more value, we are pushed in a direction to diminish our customers and pushed to get signatures too early and sell the right product at the wrong time with the wrong message. I hope the culture can change but it’s not a good time to join. Browse Other Reviews
