Former Employee3.7Oct 3, 2024I enjoyed Salesforce overall. I was less than impressed with leadership and the way they lead sales teams. Wasn't super transparent and supportive. Expect a lot (which is fine) but also have unrealistic expectations with little to no support.

In 4 years I learned everything that needs to be learned in B2B Sales Tech, I also got 10 years older, it is for sure a challenging environment, but fulfilling if you are able to navigate all the difficulties! Highly recommended to shape your career!
