SAP is a true German engineering company with very solid financial foundation. Not necessarily a 'sales' organisation. Which determines valuation of 'Culture and Leadership' seen through a sales' view.

Opportunity to work on highly transformative projects. Small chance of having a massive year ($750k+). Cloud only quota but will have plenty of customers still looking to buy OnPrem. SAP is still a very immature cloud company. A lot of internal transformation with constant changes. Absolutely no inbound leads. Long sales cycles.

What is high growth within SAP? Is that mid-market? I’m being considered for sales academy to graduate into a high growth generalist AE but its a pay cut from my current role at an HR tech startup. I want to have a big name like SAP on my resume. Is it worth taking the leap?
