Sales Leadership is a joke. If you want to get promoted or maintain your place in the org, put your ambitions aside. Leadership only help their friends with leads, promotions, etc. (there are many that legitimately have sleepovers). My experience at UKG was just okay but, the ongoing organizational changes with Leadership has brought on so much unanticipated change. This is not the well respected Ultimate Software and Kronos culture that was once praised. The PE ownership has changed everything and the opportunities for growth have gone out the window. I'm pursuing the SMB Sales Executive role 75-250 EE's segment, are reps allowed the autonomy to prospect and work there pipeline how they see fit or are they held to strict KPI's (drops, dials, etc.) ? Additionally, would you recommend this position?
