Promotion track is judged by a cumulative score of your time being with the company, but it’s skewed and your best bet is to leave and come back as an AE.

Current Employee3.1Jul 18, 2024Absolute horrendous, not recommended at all. As a BDR you don't learn anything. The Sales training, containing only power point presentations, are a JOKE. There is nothing but stress, stress and more stress.
