Dassault Systemes has a great technology stack. Access to resources (technical personnel and presentations) is more difficult than it should be. Compensation is good for veteran sales people, good for right out of college, but they struggle to promote internally to keep close to Market Value for young talent.

Could be better. Great ideas, good solutions, difficult to understand org. And processes. Engineering driven culture. Sales is too often an afterthought.

Terrible experience with processes for the French management. Get back to selling and not having 13 meetings a day about engaging with customers.

Leadership from the top down is incredibly unorganized--often making decisions that are reversed or contradicted in a matter of months. There is a fundamental lack of sales knowledge amongst leadership.

The sales leadership in North America is terrible. Overly process driven with upper management never holding true sales roles to understand what is needed to help sellers, sell. No CRM and little support from various parts of the organization leave you to feel you're on your own.

A lot depends on who your boss is as there are good ones and bad ones. About 20% of the reps make most of the commission song you have or create a cash cow you can do well. Big, stiff, full of processes and gates. Great place to work in if you like mediocrity, like to use various processes, guidelines and methodologies as a way to avoid getting to do actual work. Small group of really passionate still make it a great place to work and only due to them and their efforts it moves forward.

Silo'd organization. Has training, modulus are horrible though. Manager was non-existent for helping. Pretty much on your own to do or figure out anything. Good base salary though
