No one ever got fired for buying Salesforce. Internally, however, salesforce has become quite a jungle, and you'll need to work very well across a large team to get a deal through in the enterprise

All in all great experience. Great people to work alongside with. Leadership could be better. Managers could be better and more helpful with your career development. Markets seem over saturated at some times and we’re pushing too hard for the sale.

BDR role is extremely challenging, from what I've heard most people do not hit quota without 'freebies' from their AEs. Before taking a role in Salesforce make sure you reach out to someone in that role to see how the market is doing! Your success relies heavily on what territory/ patch you are given.
