No communication leadership and a lack of information or reasoning behind it at all. Seems to be something that happens every Financial year.

Former Employee2.0Jul 30, 2024Not a great place to work. Incredibly hard sell, tons of turnover and lacking decent leadership. Company has NO clue how to set quotas - everyone has the same quota (by role) and no attention is paid to territory. I would not recommend working here.

Current Employee3.7Aug 6, 2024Quotas are pretty high, majority of reps on my team didn’t hit it. Feels pretty cut throat too; Myself and other AEs are trying to keep our heads above water to not get fired.
