Overall Salesloft is a great product, but the handling of the restructuring and redundancies that were made of the entire SDR/BDR team was really poor. No communication leadership and a lack of information or reasoning behind it at all. Seems to be something that happens every Financial year.

Not a great place to work. Incredibly hard sell, tons of turnover and lacking decent leadership. Company has NO clue how to set quotas - everyone has the same quota (by role) and no attention is paid to territory. I would not recommend working here.
