As a BDR with about 2 years of experience in both mid-market and enterprise, is it unrealistic to be searching for AE roles? I was affected by a mass lay-off at Salesloft and am searching for a new role and feel as if I'm ready to be an AE.

Hi - I am considering a move to Commercial AE at Salesloft and have 2 big questions. I'm curious to understand the commission structure & how much reps earn from deals. Say you hit 100% of target, how much do you earn? What if you only hit 50%? Are there any consistent accelerators?

Another question, aware the commercial team no longer has SDRs feeding the AEs - how is it self sourcing & relying on inbound? Are you fearful of the commercial space's future at Salesloft?

Considering interviewing for an Enterprise role but concerned by the quota attainment numbers I'm seeing here. Do any current employees have insight into the success (or lack of) for enterprise reps? Any context is greatly appreciated!

Hey all, I have my mock discovery call for the Commercial AE1 position at Salesloft tomorrow. I am curious if anyone has tips on how to nail the Mock disco call and if anyone has any insight on what the hiring managers are looking for during this portion of the interview process.
