How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

Long, 8 step process (London SDR)
1) Call w/hiring manager/ recruiter
2) CV review w/ hiring manager
3) 2 tests (1 simple written test + 1 CCAT test)
4) Talk with office manager
5) 1 hr "topgrading" interview (google it)
6) 30min peer interview
7) 30min core values interview
8) Video prospecting challenge

It's a long process but if you're right for the job, you'll find it a fun process. Main thing to focus on is Salesloft's 5 core values - these are the most important as they protect their culture at all costs. Make sure you radiate these values at every step. 
Do reach out to current employees when you're in the process, it will help you a lot!

Can't see any question but I'll provide some insight into the process.

Very thorough interview process. While the process is obviously intended to filter out candidates that can't do the job to a high degree, that is only a piece of it. As important (or even more so) is the culture interview. SalesLoft takes their values seriously and expects you to as well. They will look for ways you exhibit the values throughout your life.

Long, intensive, and in-depth. Consists of a recruiter phone call, zoom call with the manager you’ll report to, a mock discovery call, a 2hr panel interview with 4 people 30min each back to back to back, and then another interview to close it out.

From what I’ve been told, Salesloft’s acceptance rate is lower than Harvard, and although I’m not sure that’s true, they’re very serious about who they hire. Receiving an offer is honestly flattering, because after this process you know they’re hiring you and not just your resume.
