Current Employee1.4Oct 23, 2024My overall experience was disorganized. Leadership makes changes without thinking through everything or a/b testing. Culture isn’t great, systems are even worse, there is no such thing as sales enablement. Training and onboarding are not very helpful.

Current Employee2.7Aug 22, 2023Pretty terrible. No flexibility in the role at all or the company. Morale on the sales floor is at an all time low. Product market fit is declining daily due to strong competition at half the price. I would not consider joining Podium if I was in the job market
