It was good at the start and went downhill fast, hired way too many people in sales without any thought about supporting actual accounts and customers. Then fired everybody because churn went through the roof. Pretty pathetic really.

Podium is tough if you’re new to being an AE, very little help bringing in leads and even harder when you work from home

Constantly back and forth on massive decisions. This caused a huge portion of the great sales reps to leave because leadership could not make up their mind on what to do. This left a lot of the sub-par reps sticking around and later promoting into leadership roles.

Changed the comp plan to add VOIP. If we include VOIP its 14% commission, if we don't its 4% commission. Leadership keeps leaving, and SDR support is now offshore in PK with a big language barrier.
