Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Palantir's US Sales organization is completely corrupt from the top down. They have selected a few white and/or males aka Leverage Team aka Deal Captains who will always profit of the backs of the sellers actually doing the work. US Sales Leadership is a group of incredible incompetent individuals who steal ideals, contacts and lack moral values, ethics or a conscience about all the gaslighting and narcissistic behaviors lead and supported but C-level "sponsors". This is an organization of TRUMP wannabees without the influence. It frankly pathetic how desperately and insecurely leadership has to stroke their small egos because they know without lies or fabrication of deals, accomplishments, their Harvard degrees have failed them in their ability to think for themselves & gain true success based on their own intelligence. Too have parents pay all that money for education just to learn nothing of value or sustainable is sad because upper management is capitalizing on the backs of their employees. The culture is one where you sale your soul to the devil or leave with your dignity - you make the choice
. As a current employee for over 2 years, I've witnessed it all and it's ALL BAD!
