Exceptional but complex platform which can be applied to solve business problems and guide decision making. Most toxic management: managers force splits, take accounts, sellers are encouraged to fight over accounts, constant school yard politics and back stabbing. Those that rose to top climbed on the backs of others. Expect them to take your contacts and either fire before you close or never pay your commission.
