Have so much belief in this company. Hope to be here a long time. Sales is still finding its place internally at Palantir. The general sentiment is “win on outcomes with engineering, not sales.” Hope to see that change to just “win on outcomes.”

Unorganized, chaotic. Sales culture in machiavellian, but the implementation and product is magic. Really fun to go work with customers.

The absolute worst experience in my career. The sales leaders have zero sales background and dislike salespeople as much as the CEO does. Palantir's approach to Enterprise sales is equivalent to SMB transactional sales at best, and more like a used car lot than a successful similar company.
