Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The absolute worst experience in my career. The sales leaders have zero sales background and dislike salespeople as much as the CEO does. Palantir's approach to Enterprise sales is equivalent to SMB transactional sales at best, and more like a used car lot than a successful similar company. The majority of employees are engineers and view Enterprise Salespeople in the same light as car salespeople. They've created the most toxic sales culture imaginable. For the first 17 years, they proudly said "We will never hire salespeople" in their employee handbook. It's unbelievable how such smart people can be so clueless about how to run a sales organization. It's unfortunate because the technology is actually the best by far in the market. They're riding the AI hype but won't be able to scale with their antithesis towards sales. If you're interviewing, make sure to ask what the expectations are for 60-90-120 days. They're mathematically impossible. 1 new "qualified" opp per month. If you don't have 3 at 90 days, you're fired. Browse Other Reviews
