The majority of customer spend occurs after year one. Sales commission drops to 1% after year one.
Account ownership is a joke. You have 30 days to create an opportunity or your account becomes open and anyone can/will attack it.
New salespeople are expected to generate 1 “qualified” (confirmed budget & access to decision makers) opp a month.
Half your onboarding class is fired within 5 months. 75% fired in month 11, usually a couple weeks before their initial stock vests.
