A true nightmare, sales org is run like a corrupt 3rd world Gov. Stolen commissions, dozens fired before 6 months, silence any dissenters, no account assignments or GTM strategy, extremely toxic culture, Comp slashed more than half after joining. They pillage your rolodex then fire at will.
