horrible culture for salespeople. Sales leadership acts in bad faith - lies to your face and will do everything to screw salespeople over. Believe the other reviews! Strong culture of sycophancy and favoritism - so called "deal captains" get opportunities about to close(claiming they're helping you close!! ..lol) and salespeople forced to share commission. Stay away! everyone with any ability in sales is leaving.

Good company if you're extremely autonomous. Freedom to sell to whomever you want without any managers breathing down your neck. Very exciting space to be in but prepare yourself for long sales cycles and ever-changing (but rarely communicated) initiatives. Despite how that all sounds, still a good place to work where longevity will be rewarded.

Sales leaders have 0 sales experience and have created the WORST sales culture on the planet. NO ONE will speak up because THEY WILL FIRE YOU. They eliminated marketing 🤡& don’t believe in developing your territory. U lose your acct if there’s no meaningful meetings every 30 days. It’s unbelievable👎🏻
