Sales leadership, comprising non-sales-experienced engineers thrust into leadership, epitomizes the company's mismatched priorities. Palantir once proudly proclaimed a no-salespeople policy in its handbook until Wall Street's ridicule following its IPO exposed the facade. The discrepancy between the exceptional software and the dismal sales environment is disheartening.
