It takes a long time to build trust in both directions though, which means that a lot of people don’t stay long and come away with a negative impression with how extractionist both parties were.

I quit on my own accord after it became clear Sales ops and leadership were actively acting in bad faith against sellers, both by fucking up account ownership & later by the worst commission structure known in the industry, as well as paltry base pay that would get laughed off any other company.
