The product is becoming more commoditized as competition stiffens and many sales folks are coming and going right now (more than typically). Overall stress is less than sales orgs along with great work/life balance.

Current Employee3.7Sep 26, 2023I believe PagerDuty struggles with coming up with fair territories. There are many accounts that should be considered Enterprise accounts that remain in the Commercial space and vice versa. Even within the same groups, quota's are the same, but opportunity is not.
