Overall, it was a good experience. The product itself deals with a niche market and attempting to sell a premium product in a price conscious market has its challenges. As an BDR, I was fortunate enough to be under the guidance of great AE's and had the opportunity to acquire industry standards from what you'd expect regarding command of the message and MEDDICC. Unfortunately, attempting to climb into an AE role was near impossible due to the struggles in the market. Good people, good leadership but difficult product to sell in this market.

Compensation and benefits are at the top of the market, but commission plans have worsened in the last few years. Work/life balance is excellent. More travel is being asked starting this year.
