Blackbaud is a great company to get started with but they pay infamously low compared to other SaaS companies. They want you to be an SDR/BDR and an AE. There is low inbound leads, I generated 85% of my leads and didn't make enough money to spend all of my time on the phones. If you have an offer anywhere else, take it.

There has been a lot of turnover among the lower leadership so it has been difficult to have a clear sense of organizational focus. Building top of funnel pipeline is hard as well, due to the territories and messaging being ambiguous and not well thought out.
