Operates more like a large call center, very micro managy type of culture by higher ups, not much upside and compensation doesn’t live up for all of the work you do. Expects outbound call volume of 100 daily and for you to take inbound also. They also have policy that you can’t miss “a day” during training no matter what (90 days)!! Overall, it is a very comfortable role but very unorganized. Quotas are attainable, remote work set up with decent work/life balance, but there is a lack of support and non existent training or room for growth in this role.
