Been here awhile and its not as fruitful as "the good ole days" but honestly there could be a lot worse places to be. Good product market fit but maybe a bit more advanced for where alot of companies are today, so were waiting on the market to actually catch up. The good thing is we are definitely the platform for when those companies mature, so it will come. Lots of acquisitions and new products to sell as a platform play.

Rock solid product and uncapped commissions. Very heavy emphasis on the comp plan to sell to net-new customers and sell new products (incentivized to do so). Trying to get into a platform play from a point solution, the messaging resonates well with C-Suite but we have a hard time shaking our brand as "just an alerting tool". Quotas were virtually unattainable last year (FY23), with only a small percentage of people actually hitting (<5%). Quotas still went up in FY24, accelerators were removed, and territories shrunk. There have been quiet layoffs and the company is hitting a growth plateau.
