I believe PagerDuty struggles with coming up with fair territories. There are many accounts that should be considered Enterprise accounts that remain in the Commercial space and vice versa. Even within the same groups, quota's are the same, but opportunity is not.

Product is in a niche and getting squeezed on both sides from ITSM and Observability vendors. If you have the right accounts (big cloud native shops with heavy devops/sre cultures) in the right region (north america) can make very good coin, otherwise it's a tough game at a company which is struggling to grow at even faster than public cloud is expanding.
