Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Core product is popular with customers, add ons not so much and are difficult to sell. Company had some consultants come in and make unfavorable changes. New comp plan that was just launched in March seems specifically designed to prevent reps from making the money they did last year (ex there’s a decelerator on selling the core product). Company follows a land and expand model, large greenfield deals are rare. No SDRs or inbound lead flow.
Training and onboarding is nonexistent so expect to self teach yourself everything. Upper management is pretty out of touch but most direct managers are decent. Browse Other Reviews
