The product is becoming more commoditized as competition stiffens and many sales folks are coming and going right now (more than typically). Overall stress is less than sales orgs along with great work/life balance.

Two areas that are yellow flags - Comp: they didn't offer merit raises /RSU refreshes this year (even though we're doing well financially and just started $100M in buybacks) Working: They are starting to "request" that people come into the office 1 day/week if they are near a "hub".
