High-end in terms of OTE packages out there but commission plans have become more unattainable over the past couple of years. The product is becoming more commoditized as competition stiffens and many sales folks are coming and going right now (more than typically). Overall stress is less than sales orgs along with great work/life balance.

What was once a great culture and sales org how now been decimated due to poor leadership. Avoid at all costs.

Pay is great - goals are difficult to attain. Pace is fast moving and sales leadership changes quickly. Core product is sticky and we can use that to our advantage for upsells.
