Pay is great - goals are difficult to attain. Pace is fast moving and sales leadership changes quickly. Core product is sticky and we can use that to our advantage for upsells.

Overall, it was a good experience. The product itself deals with a niche market and attempting to sell a premium product in a price conscious market has its challenges. Core product is popular with customers, add ons not so much and are difficult to sell. Company had some consultants come in and make unfavorable changes.
