Motive by far has the best leadership & workplace culture I've experienced in my decade long career in sales. The management structure is superb in conveying expectations and extremely helpful in implementing a thorough game plan to map out a road map to success. I would take this opertunity to shout-out my front line manager @omar.banks for all his support & coaching which have further enhanced my selling skills I truly admire his approach of being a team player rather than taking the high road and being all work and taking the administrator route. Overall though it's only been less than a year but I would rate my tenure here as the best l had through my career

Very cut throat culture. Not worth the stress and I would look elsewhere.
